Named 'the Pentominium' from a Penthouse and Condominium, this 124 storied building is going to be world’s tallest residential project. Construction giants ACC bagged the $400 million mega project from Trident International Holdings. This will be erected in Dubai Marina area. The total built-up area will be 170,000 square meters and the construction duration is expected to take 4 years- according to a company statement.
According to Wazir Daredia, CEO of Trident International Holdings, the Pentominum will be a unique project that will heighten the concept of luxury living. He also states that with ACC joining in this project has gathered an exquisite brand partnership.
