Designation: HR CORDINATOR/ HEAD

Detailed Job profile :-
Human Resources
• Lead the recruitment process and associated activities
• Coordinate new and existing employment contracts
• Coordinate on-boarding and exiting processes
• Drive the performance appraisal process
• Drive the salary review process including benchmarking and analysis
• Maintain HR/Personnel files (including training files) and HR systems
• Assist with award interpretation for managers and employees
• Research and draft HR Policies and Procedures for approval as required
• Coordinate transfers and expatriate arrangements including visa document preparation
• Liaise with external training providers, coordinate and facilitate internal training
• Provide employee relations advice
• Recommend and drive process improvement
• Regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, e.g. employee opinion survey, EEO report, training needs analysis, HR Scorecard, organisational charts
• Contribute to plans and projects to achieve strategic plan
• Special projects as designated by the HR Manager from time to time

Safety
Under the guidance of the HSE Manager:
• Implement health and safety management system
• Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions
• Identify Safety and Environmental Hazards and Risks and Implement Suitable Controls
• Maintain Register of HSE Risks and Controls
• Identify relevant legal and other HSE obligations and ensure compliance
• Manage Incident Reporting, Safety Observation and Incident Investigation Processes
• Provide Induction and ongoing safety training to other staff
• Conduct safety audits and recommend corrective or preventive measures
• Consult with all department & employees on HSE matters
• Manage safe storage, transport and usage of hazardous substances and dangerous goods
• Ensure safe electrical procedures are followed
• Manage provision of personal protective equipment and other safety equipment
• Ensure safe manual handling practices are implemented and maintained
• Maintain and Report relevant Safety Performance Metrics (i.e. Injury rates)
