Urgently Required Head – Customer Service & Supports (After Sales Service) for Electronic Security System Products for a Well Known Company in Oman.

Company Profile : A Well Known Company in Oman

Designation : Head- Customer Service & Supports (After Sales Service)

Qualification : B.Tech / BE. (Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation / Communication)

Experience : Min 8 Years

Location : Oman

Skills Required :

1. Responsible for after sales (Warranty, Post Warranty, AMC etc)
2. Regular visit to the clients for performance audit and feedback form on our services and products.
3. Responsible to meet the committed SLA.
4. Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
5. Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, visiting operational environments, conducting surveys, forming focus groups, benchmarking best practices, analyzing information and applications
6. Responsible for project taking over once the project completed from the projects team and support the client for post installation supports as per SLA and company standards.
7. Responsible for generating after sales Revenues.
8. Managing the Service team and all clients after the project handed over.
9. Responsible for field & bench service & repair desk, RMA & AMC activities
10. Responsible for managing all add-on projects.

Desired Skills:

1. After Sales commitments, client satisfactions and Revenue generation.
2. Generating After sales/Service revenues and improving the budgeted margins.

Candidate Profile:

1. Engineering Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant AFTER SALES SERVICES, & SUPPORT experience in ELV & Security communication products (all major brands) with any leading companies.
2. The candidates with minimum 5 years of SERVICE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT experiences on Fire and Security systems products only will be considered for this position. Only Project Engineer experience candidates need not to apply.
3. 2 years of experience in Heading the Service support team is mandatory.
4. Having Gulf experience and valid driving license is an advantage.
5. The ELV products include Industrial & Commercial CCTV, Integrated high end Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, PAVA systems, Physical Control Equipment’s, PIDS, BMS, A/V systems, ISMS, SMATV, VDP, Gate Automation & residential systems, etc.
6. In addition, the incumbent MUST have related in-depth knowledge on IT & Telecom systems inclusive of database management, Fiber systems, Server & Storage systems, Active & passive components, operating systems, IP domain, redundancy
