Urgently Required Account Manager / Relationship Manager for Well Reputed Organization in Doha Qatar.

Qualification : Degree

Experience : Min 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Manage assigned corporate accounts
Take charge of execution of all account-related events
Project Planning management for events including: budget building, coordination of artwork approvals and sign offs, coordination of installation schedule, on-site delivery and management, close out reports etc.
Perform sales calls with existing and new clients
Produce sales and productivity reports
Prepare and re-develop sales material and marketing strategy (Review all current collateral and refine and develop as required)
Prepare and give presentations for clients and management
Negotiate contracts, prices, credit terms, and prepare necessary documents for corporate clients, in cooperation with Account/Senior management based upon company policy
Identify and participate in trade shows relevant to increased sales growth
Prepare all technical tender documents, proposals as required
Foster an environment that encourages quality and customer satisfaction
Contribute to research & development for innovative products and services
Prepare and oversee annual personal sales budgets with General Manager
Promote effective communication in all levels of the organization
Extend your potential through company provided training programs and courses
Additional Responsibilities Encountered:
During implementation of projects, additional items are requested which requires CPC to create a new quote or reconcile the quote if invoice has not yet been submitted.
Chasing of artworks for additional items as well as making sure that production have a slot to insert the new items in the machines.
Making sure that all additional items have work orders submitted to relevant departments
