Urgently Required Client Services Coordinator for Well Reputed Organization in Doha Qatar.

Designation : Client Services Coordinator

Location : Doha Qatar

Experience : Min 3 Years

Requirements:

• Pre-Implementation:
• • Assist the client with their individual branding requirements by advising the correct products for their event.
• • Meeting clients ensuring highest standard service.
• • Coordinate between Customer, Project Managers, Production and Logistics.
• • Prepare quotations using either the generic rate card or the client specific rate card.
• • Ensure proper documentation of approvals
•
• Pre-Production:
• • Coordinate approved artwork between the Customer and Production Team to adjust and fit the applicable size
• • Arrange for appropriate sample to be produced, sent and approved by the Customer
• • Ensure permit for installation and decom is provided by Client or Traffic Manager.
•
• Production Implementation:
• • Once the sample is approved by the client, ensure the following work orders are created: Sewing Work
• Orders, Pre-Press/Printing Work Orders, Hardware Work Orders and Delivery Notes.
• • Once the client has confirmed all their event details, schedule manpower for both installation and decommission for every event; create and submit Installation Work Orders and Decom Work Orders.
• • On larger projects where a PM is assigned, the Client Services Coordinator fully briefs the PM on what needs to be done on-site.
• • If the quotation terms are for the client to make an advance payment prior to installation, Accounts need
• to be informed by the coordinator and the coordinator follows up the Advance payment with the client.
• • Find out what is to be done with the items (disposed of or returned to the client)
•
• Post Event:
• • Upon completion of decommissioning the event, request for installation pictures either from the Team
• Leader/Installation Manager/PM.
• • Send Accounts the Job Order details, LPO, delivery note and installation pictures for invoicing the client.
• • If client has not paid their account, follow up with the client until payment is received and the account is settled with The Look Company.
• • Update the Sales Log on a daily basis

• Additional Responsibilities Encountered:
• • During implementation of projects, additional items are requested which requires CPC to create a new quote or recon the quote if invoice has not yet been submitted.
• • Chasing of artworks for additional items as well as making sure that production have a slot to insert the new items in the machines.
• • Making sure that all additional items have work orders submitted to relevant departments
•
