Urgently Required Warranty Manager for Heavy Equipments / Earth Moving Equipment Company in Saudi Arabia

Location: Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)

Experience: Min. 7 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibility:

• Claim Processing & Management
• Administration.
• Customer Service and Satisfaction


• Works with the Service Department, Product Support Representatives, and Sales Department to meet all of the customer’s needs.
• General mechanical knowledge of engineering/construction equipment and heavy trucks.
• Ensures that the Company meets or exceeds the customer’s expectation at all times.
• He has basic knowledge of relevant legal issues (such as warranty issues).
• He can explain information about product and fundamental technical matters in a way the customer can understand.
• Promotes the Company’s service contracts to customers.
• Have a focus on quality control at all times.
• Understanding of warranty claim and issues.
• Strong PC skills (e.g. Ms. Word, Excel, DBS)
• Excellent communication skills

• Able to take a flexible approach to different problems and solve them competently and reliably.

• Ability to work independently with little or no direction
• Well-rounded knowledge of equipment/trucks
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage large, diverse teams
