Job Description:

• To be responsible for all aspects of development of the concrete business in East India.

• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales
• Develop ideas and create offers for marketing to major clients
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers/territories through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
• Carry out trials and procure orders
• Give proper product forecasts in line with budget
• Maintain pricing parameters and margin control
• Visit clients for forthcoming projects and conducting commercial & technical negotiations with client
• Liaise and attend meetings and trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development and function as a techno commercial representative of the company
• Ensure timely collections and collection follow up
• To provide technical support for clients to facilitate the concrete sales whenever required
• Attend and conduct training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
• Attending and preparing tenders -Tendering & Site inspection
• Payment collections
• Controlling the seamless management of Jamshedpur & Bhuvaneshwar units
