Urgently required Business Development Manager for a well reputed Virtual Office company.
Location: Mumbai
Experience – 2-3 yrs in Hospitality Industries or in Same industries
Qualification : Any Graduate/M.B.A
Job Responsibility:
• Handle sales enquires and contribute to revenue growth
• Create awareness of company , identify new business opportunities and build new business channels
• Service client accounts and manage client retention
Drive marketing strategies to different target audience
1. Business Development
• Generate leads, cold call potential clients or referral partners
• Marketing and generating awareness for company
• Maintain a database of these clients and generate quarterly update/promotion emails
2. Sales
• Handle email, phone and tour enquiries
• Qualify clients’ needs, recommend plans, handle objections, negotiate and close deal
• Preparing proposals and following up enquiries
• Prepare sales reports and to achieve sales target
3. Client account servicing
• Ensure that client welfare are taken care of during their tenancy by working with Operations
• Build a strong relationship relationship with clients
• Responsible for client upsell and upgrade opportunities
• Maintain a database of these clients and generate quarterly update/promotion emails
Desirable Qualification:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
• Highly motivated, proactive and presentable disposition
• Fluency in English and local language is a must
