Job Responsibility:
1. Work as a data base administrator and responsible for all databases and maintain accuracy and consistency in the data dictionary for all applications.
2. Play a key role in making sure that the overall project successfully meets the client needs
3. Able to manage resources and perform as a project leader.
4. To capture and document the requirements needed to implement a solution to meet the clients' business needs
5. Supervises the work of other Programmer Analyst and Programmer positions.
6. Having good verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.
7. Have creative thinking and the ability to use the accumulated knowledge and experience of others.
8. Established departmental guidelines, policies and practices as well as industry standard guidelines and critically reviews all programs.
