Designation Toll Manager
Location: Kuwait
Experience: 7-10yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Ensures proper toll collection processes are followed and toll is duly collected and submitted.
2. Manages the Toll Department including functional and organizational management of all staff forming part of it
3. Prepares reports, analysis and forecasts of toll revenue for the Concessionaire and submits recommendations to maximise returns in accordance with approved policies and procedures
4. Management of the department staff and toll customer comments, complaints or suggestions and implements plans, Policies and procedures as per the requirements set by National Highway Authority.
5. Prepares and updates plans and budgets for the toll and submit the same for the approval.
6. Monitors the fund transfer process and develops better ways of handling the funds.
7. Coordinate with higher authorities and participate in training sessions.
8. Able to make prompt and sound decisions to deal with any situation associated with toll collection and customer service
9. Checks and enforces all policies, particularly covering work attitude, attendance, dress code, grooming, and personal appearance
10. Monitors compliance with procedures, and quality standards, and objectives;
