Designation Civil Supervisor
Location: OMAN
Experience: 5-7yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise the construction to make sure that work is being carried out as designed in accordance to standards.
2. Keeps record of all the materials coming such as pipe, bar, brick, cement bag etc.
3. Responsible for quality of work, safety of people cost and satisfies the consultant.
4. Should have problem solving capabilities
5. Coordinate with personnel and other sections to ensure that maintenance and project work is carefully integrated into the on-going maintenance and production operations.
6. Prepare reports on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
7. Supervises the execution of new constructions, extensions, modifications and major civil works in accordance with approved purchase orders or budget.
8. This includes liaising with contractors, site supervision of execution, certification of completion and ensuring control quality, quantity and conformity to schedule and specification
9. Ensure that materials and services provided meets QVC's specifications and standards
10. Supervises the execution of civil maintenance activities related to plant equipment including piping insulation, painting, refractory, acid proofing.
11. Made statement all portions of the site, Construction, Facilities, Design, and Drawing etc.
12. Managing staff, including Engineers, Consultants and contractors.
13. Prepare Plan and budget.
14. Should have knowledge of new technologies and find out problems and solve them.
15. Review geotechnical designs, drawings and methods.
16. Co-ordinate contractor activities to ensure materials and quality comply with design plans and specifications.
17. Supervising and maintain technical control.
