SUBJECT: THE MOST URGENTLY REQUIRED Maintenance Engineer for Oman A WELL KNOWN GROUP OF COMPANIES
Designation Maintenance Engineer
Location: OMAN
Experience: 4-5yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop maintenance programs, keep clean and maintain unit ACs, Telephone, Televisions and inspection the safety equipments are in good conditions and forward inspection report to General Manager.
2. Improve routine maintenance, equipment and piping inspections, spare parts availability, oil analysis frequency and similar activities.
3. Good knowledge of preventive and break down maintenance and safety precautions.
4. Ability to locate and identify malfunctioning or defections in machinery and to make repairs and cleanliness of storage shed, furniture store room, boiler room, flammable storage container and in the absence of porter maintain cleanliness of building exterior, ground, parking area and stairways.
5. Gm Approval is necessary prior to using outside vendors to schedule and ensure proper completion of work.
6. Monitor plant performance and lead a team which is responsible for field-wide planning.
7. Provide technical expertise and leadership for contractor maintenance, including personnel issues and staffing level requirements.
8. Prepare budget for maintenance and control spending throughout the year.
