Job Responsibility:
*He should be able to maintain a friendly relation with the community
*Able to direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
*Able to schedule and conduct plant meetings & conduct employee performance reviews.
* Responsible for plant production goals, product quality control and establishing all shift production schedules.
*Foster a well trained and motivated staff.
*Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
*Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
*Able to train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
*Maintain clean and safe plants.
