Urgently required Manager (IT) Oracle For Bangalore.
Client: One of the well known Company at Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore.
Experience – 7-12 yrs
Qualification : Post graduate (IT/CS) OR Relevant Experience
Job Responsibility:
Principal Accountabilities
Accountability Supporting Actions
Technical Architect/
Product Expert – Be the Technical Architect/ Techno‐functional product expert for Oracle Retail
modules, with in‐depth knowledge of the product – especially in the modules specified.
– Technical System design & solutioning for critical business processes ‐ by working jointly with the
functional and business teams.
– Ensure that all interfaces/ solutions designed are performance‐engineered for throughput and
scalability.
– Constantly support the solution & resolve the ongoing issues (working with SI partners & Oracle as
needed)
– Architect & effectively interface the solution within the current landscape.
– Technical evaluation and validation of solutions.
Product/Solution Roll‐out – Ensure process performance and scalability of applications are rolled‐out
to all the Zones, DCs & Stores of Landmark Group.
Product/Solution Sustenance
– Drive and ensure timely techno‐functional Support for the product related Issues – where
applicable.
– Facilitate knowledge management within the team
Preparation of Business cases – Work with the business to make a business case for implementing
critical enhancements.
Vendor Management
– Facilitate Issue resolution between Landmark Group and Product Vendor/ SI partners where
needed.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:
• To be the In‐house Technical Architect/ Techno‐functional Product expert for Oracle Retail Suite of
products – especially in Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Allocation, RPM (Retail Price
Management), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Point of Sales (ORPOS), Data Warehouse
(RDW) and ReSA/ ReIM (Retail Sales Audit) modules.
• Work with the Solution Architect/ functional team to develop, test & configure the product as per
business requirements and ensure the entire range of the applications work together as desired in
Landmark Group.
• Constantly work with users to understand changing business requirements & incorporate Change
Requests/ Enhancements as per the processes applicable.
