SUBJECT : Urgently Required Ports & Harbors Engineer in USA
Location : Houston (USA)
Experience : 10-15 years
1. Participates as part of the executive management team;
2. Oversees annual dredging, and ensures maintenance and serviceability of dredging equipment and systems.
3. Long-range planning for infrastructure improvements, capital projects, and ongoing maintenance and repairs;
4. Supervises, trains and evaluates FME department personnel;
5. Develops, administers and monitors FME department budget.
6. Provides technical advice; prepares and delivers reports and presentations; prepares grant and permit applications; pursues grant funds and permits;
7. Quality control; oversees, inspects and coordinates the work of contractors;
8. Facilities planning and oversight;
9. Prepares written reports;
10. Participates in emergency planning and response;
11. Other duties as required.
Salary : Negotiable for right candidates.
