Position/s Tender Manager
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil, Auto CAD knowledge
Experience: 6-10 years in Tender Management in Rail, Road, Bridge other Infra Projects
Job Location: Oman
• Generation of leads from various web sources and Newspapers for both Government and private sectors.
• Preparation of Synopsis as soon as the tender is received
• Preparation Tenders (Technical) proposals and Expression of Interests for various projects
• Site Surveying, Floating Enquiries to vendors for Quotations at tender stag
• Submission of tenders on e-procurement platforms
• Preparation of tenders (Technical & Financial bid) formats as per RFP's (BOT, EPC)
• Getting documents notarized & CA Certified from legal dept as per the requirement of tender
• Pre-Qualification.
• Estimation of BOQ.
• To assess/ascertain company's technical and financial requirements, required for qualifying.
• Uploading of documents i.e – Firms credentials, turnover, experience of firm, criteria for eligibility, etc.,
• Identification and evaluation of various criteria as per the RFP's (Technical & Financial) for various sectors and compiling the proposal accordingly.
• Preparation of tenders in Associates/prepare JV agreements/consortium’s.
• The ability to co-ordinate and set goals for staff both internally and externally to achieve desired results.
• Liaison with clients for status updation and professional rapport.
• Communicating and coordinating with all concerned divisions in proposal preparation.
• To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorisation and despatch.
• Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
• Preparation of Power point presentations, company's profile as per requirements.
