Position/s Executive / AM – Project Monitoring – HO,
Function Project Management
Reporting Chief Project Manager – AVP Level
Location Hungund-Hospet Project Site Office
Qualification BE/ B Tech in Civil
Experience Exe / AM with 2 – 5 years
Manager with 8 - 12 Years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring. Should be experienced in working on NHAI BOT Projects
Annual CTC INR Exe / AM – between Rs. 5 – 8 Lakhs PA

Between Rs. 7 – Rs.13 Lakhs PA including Variable Pay Plan

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for coordinating all activity regarding all roads and bridges related works
• Reporting daily progress to Chief Project Manager
• Lead, guide, Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor the work of team members
• Ensure that the construction, erection and operation method as proposed by the client for carrying out the works are satisfactory
• Evolve a system of quality Assurance of works
• Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors. Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements etc.
• Monitoring/discussing project status; reviewing during the course of project review meetings
• Responsible for coordination with the engineering, purchase and finance department for design & drawing specification, dispatch of materials at sites, raising invoice and payment
• Carrying out planning as per pert chart requirement and ensuring proper cash flow cum payment on time
• Coordinating with staff and contractors on site for project progress
Specific Accountabilities:
 100% Alignment of Project Milestones
 Ensure compliance of contract conditions by contractors
 Identify non-performers
 Ensure rewards to performers
 Zero cost overrun
Competencies Required:
• Experience in supervising and managing road construction works at site
• Good knowledge of the contract conditions
• Knowledge & experience
in Primavera / MS Project
• Project Management Skills
• Strong technical competence, knowledge of contracts, BOT as well as FIDIC
• Commitment & knowledge of safety & environmental standards
