Business Development and Strategy ■ Relationship Management ■ Negotiation Skills ■ Networking & Relationship Building ■ Marketing Research ■ Product Promotion/ Brand Building ■ Distribution

 Establishing and run the Business.

 Expert in Business Development & Strategy Implementation.

 Good knowledge in conducting Primary & Secondary Research.

 Recruiting and managing a team of executives to achieve preset sales targets.

 Sales & Marketing valves, line pipes, fittings, gaskets, flanges and other accessories to oil& gas and process sector.
 Recruiting team members to achieve targets
 Initiate Prerequisites (Interviews/Meetings with customer’s senior management), Participation in vendor registration, e-bidding and tendering.
 Negotiating for Exclusive dealership arrangement with companies.
 Negotiating and finalizing prices, technical & commercial terms of contracts and closing the deals.
 Negotiating for Best credit terms
 Coordination with the manufacturing mill, logistics department & forwarding agents in order to ensure delivery in time and efficient “supply chain management system”.
 Export- import documentation procedures.
