Urgently required Quantity Surveyor at Saudi Arabia (Wastewater Treatment Plant) for Short Term Job – (8 months only)
Client: One of the well known Construction Co. at Dubai
Location: Saudi Arabia.
Experience – Minimum 4+ yrs
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Civil
Requirement:
Must have at least 3 years in a wastewater treatment plant construction project
Prepare in conjunction with the Project Manager, Monthly Project Status Reports and such other financial or project update reports as requested by Management;
capability of reviewing & checking used material and instrumentations for project to ensure applicability with specifications, and the documents, obtaining certificates for validity of materials from the contractor & ensure that they are approved according to principles of KSA
Oversee the processing of all project invoices for payment in accordance with established procedures & control;
Review all contractor's costs charged to the work; Review and approve invoices
Follow up on change orders and ensure that all Change Orders and Field Orders meet the requirements of the established approval procedures; Assist in the preparation of revised schedule and budget
Should be able to prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
Preparing to submit and negotiate project final accounts.
Certification of contractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
He should be capable of preparing & reviewing BOO. & summaries in both Arabic & English
He should be excellent in IT (word, Excel, Power Point, Primavera/MS project, AutoCAD, Covadis,...)
