Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate with B.Ed.
Experience: 7-10 Yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare lessons, making them as interesting as possible.
2. Prepare homework, assignments and assessment.
3. Research information to ensure the knowledge they impart is current.
4. Mark homework and pieces of assessment.
5. Identify the needs of individual students in their classes, and work to help each child develop his or her own potential.
6. Prepare resources for the classroom.
7. Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
8. Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
9. Prepare course material.
10. Motivate students.
11. He can use technology in class room.
12. He can implement a good classroom management structure.
13. Assist children to learn, not judge their inability to learn.
14. Identify emotional, intellectual, physical, etc issues which may be hindering the student from learning to his/her best potential, and research and recommend courses of action.
15. Conduct parent-teacher interviews.
16. Provide a sounding board (for both students and teachers) and allow for open discussion.
17. Treat students with respect, and teach them to treat others with respect.
18. Work as a supervisor and instructor for students.
19. Keep attendance and manage classroom.
20. Work with parents and school administration and deal with student issues.
