Experience: 8-10 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
2. Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
3. Monitor the progress on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
4. Send enquiries to sub vendors.
5. Resource planning.
6. Developing schedules and budget.
7. Attend meetings with Clients and Consultants.
8. Time and cost estimation.
9. Finalization of orders after due interaction with higher authorities.
10. Prepare documents and manage risk & issues.
