Company : A well reputed Distributors & Agents for a Australian/German product DAMTEC for acoustic underlay's made out of very high grade rubber and cork compound in UAE.

Designation: Accountant

Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/MBA

Location: Dubai

Experience : Min. 2 - 3 Years with Projects & Manufacturing Division.
Job Description :-
o Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system.
o Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
o Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices.
o Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
o Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
o Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash-flow.
o Conducting regular business reviews of financial performance.
o Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.
o Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems.
o Preparation of bi-weekly invoice and expense claim payment runs.
o Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
o Inputting of supplier invoices and employee expense claims to the ledgers.
o Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable processes and procedures
o Inventory of material assets
o Knowledge of Project Management (Costing / Budgeting
