SUBJECT : URGENTLY REQUIRED Sr. FINANCE MANAGER IN A WELL REPUTED COMPANY AT Nagpur.
Location : Nagpur
Experience : 6-7 yrs out of which 2 yrs in infrastructure
Job Description:
1. Experience in managing the finance & accounts function , Report profit & loss account , fund management , Budget sheet preparation / planning , working capital management , compliance of accounting principles , accounting standards & policies.
2. Develop & utilize forward looking predictive models & activity based financial analyses to provide insight into the organizational operations & business plan.
3. Funds planning & treasury management, collection management ,Disbursement, cash flow, sourcing funds, preparation of working capital / term loan & investment proposals.
4. Taxation: Direct & Indirect, Tax planning, tax management, adherence to statutory compliances with respect to IT, ST, Service tax & tax assessment, extending support in all tenders / bids wrt relevant tax implications as appropriate.
5. Project accounting: Financial analysis of contractual provisions, disbursement of payments to vendors / contractors, adherence to commercial aspects of contractors, recoveries & reconciliation, contract accounting.
6. Budgeting & MIS: To facilitate the preparation of revenue & capital budget, preparation of periodical financial performance data for management, facilitate control budget approvals.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: CA/ ICWA/ CFA/MBA Finance (from renowned management Institution)
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:
1. Knowledge : Knowledge of fund raising , Financial modeling interalia preparation of project balance sheet ,p&l , cashflow , computation of PIRR & NPV , knowledge of accounting software & ERP package , Excellent command on preparing complex Excel sheets, Knowledge of infrastructure industry.
2. Skills: Planning & Decision making skills, Prudent risk management skills, Delegation & motivational skills, communication skills, Negotiation skills.
3. Behavioral (Soft Skills): Patience & Perseverance, Interpersonal skills, Transparency,high energy.
