SUBJECT: THE MOST URGENTLY REQUIRED Quality Surveyor for Kuwait A WELL KNOWN GROUP OF COMPANIES
Designation Quality Surveyor
Location: Kuwait
Experience: 7-10 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Preparation & finalization of Quantity estimates, Cost estimates & Rate analysis of tenders/Bid.
2. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals of tenders.
3. Evaluation of Tender Documents.
4. Rate Analysis of various BOQ Items.
5. Co-ordination with Procurement, Surveyor and Laboratories for Site requirements.
6. Project budgeting and costing reports.
7. Raising the Inspection request for the Work Done and Getting Approval;
8. Rate analysis for finalization of sub contractor rates.
9. Conducting Safety talk to labours, charge hands and foreman before commencing the work.
10. Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
11. Meeting with clients / Various Joint Venture Partners / Sub-Contractors for better business opportunities.
