Designation Architect for
Location: Middle East
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Able to turn ideas in to buildings and design homes or buildings.
2. Prepare design, structures, estimated costs, and construction time.
3. Designs architectural models and lay out plans of current and proposed systems.
4. Supervises and coordinates projects between the operator, designer, consultants and contractor.
5. Proposes hand sketches for layouts and concept perspectives and elevations.
6. Conducts site visits, coordinates and make sure that designs are being implemented as per the drawing issued.
7. Meets the Project deadline, hardworking and responsible.
8. Integrate engineering element into unified design.
9. Represent client in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts.
10. Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
SALARY: As per company norms
