Designation Sales Engineer
Location: OMAN
Experience: 4-6 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
2. Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
3. Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans.
4. Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
5. Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
6. Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
7. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
8. Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
9. Negotiating tender and contract terms.
10. Meeting regular sales targets.
11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
12. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
13. Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
14. Visit customers to understand requirements.
15. Visit Customer sites & understand technical requirements.
16. Communicate the same to design & production department and develop the product.
17. Analyses product cost and sales.
18. Create new value and services for Existing and New customers.
