Designation Customer Engineers
Location: UK
Experience: 5-8 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate with sales and project management teams and ensure appropriate shipping of products to customer locations.
2. Physical diagnosis and service of Consumer/Commercial/Enterprise products.
3. Manage and update customer data for various product lines and prepare documentation for same.
4. Conduct NTF parts screening before RMA.
5. Administer installation issues and resolve any complex issues.
6. Update and close customer repair cases constantly.
7. Perform tests on install products and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Provide and coordinate for quotation of OOW cases.
9. Analyze hardware issues and identify root cause for same.
10. Activate loaner unit for Customer Feedback System (CFS) Case.
11. Prepare feedback reports and maintain appropriate engineering documents.
12. Satisfy the customer as well keep up the reputation of organization.
13. Return part/s to the service store after site visit, ensuring almost zero WIP.
14. Making necessary onsite arrangement with customer and attend to service calls punctually.
15. Handle face-to-face proactive installation, relocation, and site inspection calls.
16. Create new value and services for internal and external customers.
