Location: KUWAIT
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Must be capable of planning and introducing efficient production methods to maximize company output.
2. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
3. Planning and coordinating various procedures concerning in an organization.
4. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
5. Must develop and introduce methods to increase productivity at the production line.
6. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
7. Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production.
8. Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.
9. Taking initiation and directing various procedures to increase final outcome of the organization.
10. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
11. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
12. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
13. Should take the responsibility of making sure the production is cost effective and feasible to the organization.
14. Excellent Communication skills.
