Designation Recovery Officer
Location: BAHARAIN
Experience: 6-8 yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Make strategies for recovery of loans.
2. Identify and contact with defaulters and reminds and discuss with them about outstanding loans.
3. Take a proactive approach to instigating debt recovery procedures, resolving queries and negotiating settlement of the businesses debts.
4. Ensure that collection procedures are utilised effectively and efficiently.
5. To ensure strict and continuous follow-up of his/her outstanding portfolio by checking the daily up-dated arrears list.
6. Ensure that all debts are brought to decision point i.e. cancelled/terminated/returned.
7. To ensure follow-up of all legal cases by following up cases handled by auctioneers and lawyers.
8. Ensuring that all diaries carry the outstanding balance and date of initial default on the first line.
9. Initiate effective liaison with both internal departments and external customers/brokers with emphasis placed on telephonic communication which results in significant decisions and monetary arrangements.
10. Identifies old loans previously handed to lawyers and contacts lawyers so as to ascertain the current position of these cases.
11. Perform other duties and tasks.
