Location: QATAR
Experience: 5-7yrs
Job Responsibility:
1. Should have knowledge of Planning Process, Residential development, Land plans, Budget, Schedules, Accounting practices, Business principles and broader economic conditions.
2. Pproper accounting of revenues received by the companies.
3. Working with the Land Development team on new neighbourhood development plans, and proformas, including engineering concepts, designs, budgets and schedules.
4. Assist in managing the ongoing relationships with the various residential developers and builders.
5. Analyze financial and business operations data to estimate future revenues.
6. Construction site control, Schedule, Orderliness and cleanliness, Quality control and safety program being in place
7. Prepare financial and land reports.
8. Coordinating the implementation of the annexation documents and design guideline supplements for new neighborhoods in the community.
9. Technological skills to oversee the development.
10. Assist with visioning and preliminary ideas for new neighborhood themes and product types, including concepts for new built product types and designs.
11. Administration of the purchase and sale agreement with KDCH.
12. Having good mathematical, Analytical, communication and drawing skills.
