Misuse of Offer letters.

Most of the recruitment agencies find difficulty after working such a long process in getting an offer letter to the candidate and were the candidates just neglect/reject the offer in later stage.

It has now known that the employees misuse their offer letter to gain better salary than which has been offered. Mostly the employees provide/disclose the offer letter to other company in order to gain more desirable salary package from the new employer.  This results in rejection of the received offer letter by an employee.

Even many organizations encourage such candidates by giving them the priority and they intake such employee to their industry due to lack in manpower. Employer has to be more curies in selecting such candidates thinking seriously that the same might happen with them in future. An employee has to realize that this really affects the time of the employers and the recruitment agents that have invested time on selecting you.

Such rejection from an employee can affect the name of the recruiters with clients, which would even affects the future partnership between client and recruitment agent in further recruitment services.

Being an employee while looking for a job, you might send your resume to a lot of company or job agencies in order to increase your chance of employability, so you might receive no’s of interview calls, but you will have to seriously think and analyze which one best suits you and have to go for that alone. Make sure that you will stick on to the promises or assurance given to the company who prepares the offer letter on the basis of your commitment. While you reject the offer letter after receiving it in hand, it makes the employer upset because they need to look for an alternative personnel which is again a time taking job. Employees have to make the employers trust you, by sticking to your commitment. This will really help the employee to build a strong relationship with the organization in all future growth.
